Our solution is an app and synchronized software that improves the management of required training, so personnel stay compliant at worksites and for positions. Countless times we have heard stories or have run into situations ourselves where a training course was missed because someone forgot to notify them. Personnel were held up or work tasks delayed because records showed a training certificate was expired and they didn't have a copy of the recertification. Not being able to get in contact with a training administrator early in the morning or on a weekend to get a copy of that training certification in time.

CERTSAFE360 gives the user the ability to upload and quickly produce any required training certificate and easily produce the document on your smartphone or tablet. With the simple click of a button, you can email a PDF of a certificate to any email address that requires a copy. The app also helps manage training, ability to sort certificates by expiry, or quickly search for them using a key word. Easy to interpret graphs to help you see your training status, and even sends notifications of any training that is about to expire. This app helps you become more proactive, ensuring that you are 100% compliant in all required training.

The CERTSAFE360 online portal works in sync with the app to give company training departments a quick visual on training status. They can also collect, organize, and display all certification data on one platform. It provides an easy overview of regulatory certification and compliance of a company, asset, department, or individual. All with a real time training recertification process which includes notification reminders, training bookings, verifications of authenticated training records.
